Your Life Is Hidden with Christ

“For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.”—Colossians 3:3 ESV

Devotional

To be hidden with Christ means that your life is securely held in Him. Jesus has joined you to Himself through His death and resurrection, and nothing about your present circumstances can undo what He has accomplished. Your deepest identity rests in a place the world cannot reach or take away.

A hidden life may sometimes feel overlooked. Faithfulness can unfold quietly, growth can happen slowly, and obedience may go unseen by others. Christ sees the whole work of grace taking place within you. He is forming your character, strengthening your faith, and preparing fruit in seasons that may appear uneventful.

Because your life is held in Christ, you can release the pressure to make yourself visible or prove that your life matters. Jesus Himself is your security, and every act of faithfulness offered to Him carries eternal significance.
