Receive
âIn returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.â
Isaiah 30:15 (ESV)
Reflect
Solitude gives your soul room to breathe. Stepping awayâ even brieflyâopens space for God to steady your thoughts, soften your heart, and renew your strength. In the quiet, you become more aware of His nearness
and more anchored in who He is. Solitude doesnât remove the demands of the day; it simply helps you meet them with peace rather than pressure.
Respond â Todayâs Practice
Take three minutes alone with no agenda.
No talking.
No planning.
No performing.
Just sit quietly and acknowledge Godâs presence with you.
Prayer
Lord, meet me in the quiet and steady my heart.
Blessing
May stillness refresh you, strengthen you, and make room for a deep sense of calm as you move through today.
