Receive
“Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving.”
Colossians 4:2 (ESV)
Reflect
Prayer is the steady reorientation of your life toward God. It trains your heart to remain attentive to His presence and dependent on His strength as you begin the week. In prayer, your desires are shaped, your perspective is clarified, and your steps are grounded in trust rather than self-reliance.
Respond — Today’s Practice
Pause three times today—morning, midday, and evening.
Each time, offer one honest sentence to God.
No polishing. No performing. Just presence.
(Examples: “Lord, I need You.” · “Guide me.” · “Thank You.”)
Prayer
Lord, draw my heart toward You and keep me attentive to Your presence today.
Blessing
May prayer steady your spirit, focus your attention, and anchor your week in God’s faithful care.
