As you rejoice, your heart is renewed, hope is strengthened, and you are reminded that life with God is marked by delight as well as faithfulness.

They can be small, ordinary, or unexpected.

Say them aloud as an act of gratitude.

Lord, teach my heart to rejoice in You today.
