“He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.”—1 Thessalonians 5:24 ESV

Devotional

The endurance of the Christian life rests on the faithfulness of Jesus. The One who called us has committed Himself to complete His work within us. Our confidence comes from His unchanging character, His finished work on the cross, and His living presence through the Spirit.

There will be days when our faith feels strong and days when we become painfully aware of our weakness. Christ remains constant through them all. He corrects, restores, strengthens, and continues forming us into His likeness. His grace keeps drawing us forward when our own resolve begins to fail.

Faithfulness is our response to the faithful Savior who holds us. We continue praying, obeying, and doing good because Jesus is actively at work within us. The same Lord who began this journey will sustain us through every season and bring His purposes to completion.
