Jesus has claimed every part of us through His redeeming love. At the cross, He gave His body for our salvation, bearing our sin and purchasing our freedom with His blood. We belong to Him completely—body, mind, desires, habits, and future.
Paul teaches that our bodies are members of Christ and temples of the Holy Spirit. What we do with them carries spiritual significance because Christ has joined us to Himself. His grace reaches into our physical lives, shaping how we pursue holiness, care for ourselves, resist sin, and honor the people around us.
Glorifying God in our bodies grows from remembering whose we are. Jesus has made us His own and given us His Spirit, who supplies power for obedience and restores us when we fall. Today, we can offer our bodies to Christ with gratitude, trusting Him to form His holiness within us.

What would it look like to honor Christ with your body today, remembering that you belong to Him?
