WITH KRISTIN NICOLE SMITH
If you thought theology wasn’t for women, think again. As host of The Pretty Theologian podcast, Kristin Nicole Smith helps women grow in biblical wisdom and resilient faith as they learn to think well and live fully in Christ. She is a writer, speaker, and creator of Forméwell, an app devoted to making intentional spiritual formation accessible, approachable, and attainable for women everywhere.

ABOUT KRISTIN
With degrees in History & Theology and Theological Studies, Kristin unites head and heart—pairing theological depth with a voice that is relatable, understandable, and unwaveringly hopeful. Her seminal research focused on suffering and the experience of God’s presence through Romans 5:3–5, a study that continues to shape her writing on endurance, formation, and finding joy in the process of becoming more like Christ. Kristin’s work at Regent University’s Center for Student Happiness has helped students strengthen their faith and character through courses on healthy relationships and calling, seminars on biblical womanhood, and the creation of annual guided journals for leadership and spiritual development.
Drawing from nearly a decade in youth, college, and young adult ministry, Kristin has walked alongside countless women discovering who they are and what God has called them to become. From the center of the track, she invites women to run with focus, purpose, and joy, keeping their eyes on Christ, the ultimate prize.
