About
Spiritual disciplines are not about checking a box—they are rhythms of grace that shape us into Christlikeness. Whether this is your first time exploring these practices or you’ve been walking in them for years, this challenge is designed to help you engage them with fresh intention. Disciples are disciplined. Not because we are striving to earn God’s favor, but because we are responding to His call. Jesus invites us to take up our cross daily (Luke 9:23), to seek Him with all our heart (Jeremiah 29:13), and to train ourselves for godliness (1 Timothy 4:7-8). Each day, you’ll be invited to choose one or two disciplines, reflect on a short prompt, and mark your progress. The goal is not to master the disciplines but to create space for God to work in you. This challenge can be repeated as often as you’d like. Every season of life brings new opportunities to lean into these practices in deeper ways. Let this be a starting point, not an ending. ⸻ Instructions Choose one or two disciplines to engage with each day. Pick the ones that feel most needed or natural for your current season. Read the daily prompt and reflect on the scripture. Complete your practice and mark it as done. Keep track of how each discipline is shaping your walk with Christ. Repeat as often as needed. Spiritual growth is a lifelong journey, not a one-time challenge.
